This rates start from November 1,2007

 

Room rates per night are:
      First floor  : 1100 baht
      All other floors : 990 baht
      2 rooms without window 800 baht

In addition a free cooked breakfast is included for in house guests.

All room rates include taxes.

Cancellation and No Show Policy :
•The booking will be secured only,when the deposit has been paid and the booking confirmation has been sent to you.
•Deposit will be refunded, less bank transfer cost or credit card debiting charges,what ever the case may be and only if the cancellation notification has been received by us no less than 7 days prior to actual check in date (Thai time).
• No show will be subject to no refund of the deposit paid.
• Last minute booking: Deposit is subject to no refund.
